This volume offers a comprehensive, first-hand look at investigative journalism in China, including insider accounts from reporters behind some of China's top stories in recent years. While many outsiders hold on to the stereotype of Chinese journalists as docile, subservient Party hacks, a number of brave Chinese reporters have exposed corruption and official misconduct with striking ingenuity and often at considerable personal sacrifice. During fellowships at the Journalism & Media Studies Centre (JMSC) of the University of Hong Kong, these narratives and other background materials were fact-checked and edited by JMSC staff to address critical issues related to the media transitions currently under way in the PRC. 分享 facebook 今（108）年3-4月期統一發票獎今天下午12點半在周年慶限時優惠電首選戰利品視直播開獎，獎金千萬元的特別領獎號碼為「038026超人氣產品網購人氣產品02」；二百萬特獎獎號號碼為「00708299」。本期中獎發票自今年6月6日起開始領獎，期限至9月5日。今年3-4月期統一發票獎中獎號碼如下，特別獎（1000萬元）「」；特獎（200萬元）「」；頭獎（20萬元）至六獎3組分別為「」、「」、「」。. } }); } 二獎（4萬元）與頭獎末7碼相同；三獎（1萬元）與頭獎末6碼相同；四獎（4000元）與頭獎末5碼相同；五獎省錢周年慶（1000元）與頭獎末4碼相同；六獎（200元）與頭獎末3碼相同。增開六獎2組，末3碼分別為「」、「」。還有15組獎金100萬元及15000組獎金二千元的雲端發票專屬獎，獎號將會公布在財政部稅務入口網站。賦稅署表示，使用手機條碼儲存雲端發票或已辦理歸戶者，電子發票整合服務平台會主動通知中獎訊息；使用會員卡儲存雲端發票者，會員卡店家會主動通知中獎訊息；使用悠遊卡、icash卡或一卡通載具者，得選擇自行至便利商店多媒體服務機或財政部電子發票整合服務平台查詢是否中獎。賦稅署呼籲，民眾購物請消費多使用載具儲存雲端發票，並下載使用財政部統一發票兌獎APP，不僅可進行發票管理及掌握消費資訊，還提供24小時兌領獎服務，不受代發獎金單位營業時間限制，非常方便。另外，今年1、2月期20張統一發票千萬元特別獎，還有5張還沒領；11張200萬元特獎，則有3張未兌領。賦稅署提醒中獎人，要在7月5日前兌獎，不要與財神爺擦身而過。
丁守中採雙總部 李錫錕競總月租近百萬
台北市長柯文哲、民進黨市長參選人姚文智都有行動競選總部，相形之下，國民黨參選人丁守中、無黨籍的李錫錕的策略較為傳統，均成立定點
總部，不過丁採「雙總部」，李的總部地點和總統蔡英文2016年「點亮台灣」競選總部為同處，一月租金要近百萬。
丁守中為展現對台北市政未來的擘畫，在台北東區設立「台北未來館」，競選總部則設於中正區，並鄰近綠營票倉，走「雙總部」策略。
其中，競選總部選在和平西路一段、晉江街口 ，地處中正區，鄰近萬華區，由於藍軍長期在中正萬華較為弱勢，踩地盤意味明顯，試圖直搗綠營票倉，並與設於東區的未來館，東、西聯合出擊。
台北未來館落腳在忠孝東路4段「龍門大廈」一樓，位於台北市東區精華路段，大廈除了有大型電子看板，一旁還有龍門廣場匯集。
至於李錫錕目前未規畫行動競總，還是以北平東路上的競總為主。
他說，雖然沒有政黨奧援、資源不足，還是堅持成立競選總部，很多人問他為何要租近200坪的大空間、是否有點「浪費」，但他則認為，競總不夠大不足以象徵北市大格局，並希望透過活動讓大家想像未來的城市、熱鬧與繁榮，歡迎各區里、學生社團到他的競總舉辦活動。
